for social sector initiatives in the education, research, wildlife
conservation and youth sectors.
These initiatives include the University of Toronto's Bahen Centre for
Information Technology, a state of the art facility for the education of information
technology professionals in electrical and computer engineering, computer science
and IT research, the Glynn Williams Fellowship, providing leading support for
the most promising mechanical and industrial engineering doctoral candidates
whose research has potential for commercial applications that could be of benefit
to Canadians, and Baystock, which provides financial support for youth charities.
